I offer one-off 90-minute coaching sessions, or longer-term coaching programs to really sustain your outcomes. Coaching can help you better understand and manage conflict, now and into the future, building on your own experiences and strengths. It is also a great benefit for managers who have to deal with staff conflicts, supporting you to develop your conflict leadership.

Mediation / facilitation

I provide support for small or large groups who need to have challenging conversations, collaboratively manage change,  and restore or build working relationships. I use a range of mediation and facilitation models, and will work with you to design a process that suits your particular situation. I ensure the highest level of consultation and confidentiality in my engagement with stakeholders. I am skilled in providing a safe space for difficult conversations to take place in a constructive way.

Training

I have postgraduate qualifications and over twenty years of experience in adult learning, both face-to-face and online. I provide training that is based on the most recent research, but that is accessible to everyone. My training programs are engaging and practical: participants learn and practice skills that they can use immediately in their daily lives. I have a number of signature courses available, but can also tailor a program to meet the needs of the participants.

I offer both face-to-face and online services (using Zoom). Which format we use will depend on where we are all located and what is most convenient for you.

I will keep anything you tell me entirely confidential unless:

  • The law requires me to disclose it to authorities;
  • You give me express permission to share it with someone else.

No, I am not a counsellor or a psychologist. I provide conflict management and coaching services, which can sometimes incidentally have a therapeutic benefit. If, during the course of service provision, it seems that a more therapeutic approach would be helpful to you, I will help you find someone suitable to support you through those issues (either instead of, or at the same time, as providing conflict management / coaching services).
